who though up finals?

did someone actually sit down and think to themselves "summer is too much fun. people look forward to it. i don't want that. i want people to dread the end of the semester. i think i will make everyone take a huge test over everything they learned that year. i want kids to want kill themselves before they want to take these finals! i am a terrible person! and now i am going to grow a funny little beard, invade Europe, and send all of the jews to camps! that is how terrible i am!!!!!!"

i really think that is what happened.

research shows that the suicidal rate goes up in May and June. convienently that is when most schools have to take finals............................................ let us ponder this
